Researchers say it could create youth employment opportunities here, a hands-on opportunity to be involved in world-class scientific research, and opportunities for local students to perhaps work hand in hand with some of the Auger physicists. The new LCC outreach coordinator, Brad Thompson, is working hard to reach these goals and facilitate these opportunities.
